Shift Manager – Coffee Shop (35 Hours/Week)

Position Details
- Approximately 35 hours per week
- Includes mornings, weekends, and some holidays

Responsibilities
- Lead and support baristas during shifts
- Provide excellent customer service
- Open and/or close the store
- Handle cash management and daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Train and motivate team members
- Ensure drink quality and consistency
Requirements
- Previous one year of barista experience is required
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Passion for coffee and community
