Shift Lead
Hours: morning, afternoon, early evening, shifts available. Holiday and weekend availability. Total weekly hours 20-35.
Wage: Starts at $12.50 per hour plus tips. Tips average $5.50-$7.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:
-Open and close the store
-Provide Customer service with prompt service
-Monitor drive-thru service times
-Maintain a clean and comfortable store
-Assist with new hire training by helping coach and develop team members
-Adhere to all Dunn Brothers recipes and standards when preparing food and drinks
-Create a positive and energetic atmosphere for both employees and customers
-Ensures checklists are completed for each shift
-Ensures all equipment maintenance is accomplished for each shift
-Ensures all cleaning of the store is accomplished for each shift
-Ensure that product is rotated and shelves are stocked
-Followup with Day Dots and adjust Pars as needed
Administrative:
-Assist Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager with bank deposits and cash handling
-Assist with inventory and ordering
-Manage shift labor based on sales volume, including start and end times for employees
-Provide performance feedback regarding employees to the Manager or Assistant Manager
-Provide a shift change communication, including what was done, what needs to be done, and the progress of daily sales
-Routinely check and use Slack as a method of communicating to the entire team

Marketing/Sales:
-Drive for results with ongoing promotions and achieve store goals
-Upselling each customer ( food, large sizes, promotional items )
-Promote seasonal drinks
-Offer every customer the option to purchase beans
