Qualifications:
* Provide exceptional customer service, food, and beverage using Dunn Brothers Coffee standards to enhance the customer's visit, while working with daily and weekly management responsibilities
* Supervise staff and ensure shift responsibilities are completed daily. Initial training of new employees and on-going training of existing employees
* Focus on excellent food and beverage quality, and guest service
* Ensure food safety, order product, count inventory, prepare food
* Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and knowledge of all policies procedures and practices
People:
* Demonstrates a calm demeanor during stressful situations or unusual events
* Drives the implementation of company programs by developing action plans, directly motivating, and instructing the team to implement them to meet operational standards
* Monitors the performance of each employee and holds employees accountable for standards and expectations
* Maintains an adequately staffed store with qualified standards
* Recruits, interviews, and selects new Team Members and Shift Supervisors
