We’re looking for an enthusiastic part-time Coffee Roaster to join our team!
This role is responsible for roasting our coffee to perfection, ensuring every batch meets our quality and flavor standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. This position offers a flexible schedule and can be performed during morning or evening hours.
POSITION TITLE: Roaster
The Coffee Roaster is responsible for producing high-quality roasted coffee in alignment with company standards, flavor profiles, and production needs. This role plays a key part in maintaining roast consistency, overseeing quality control, and ensuring proper handling of all green and roasted coffee. The Roaster also helps maintain a clean, safe, and efficient roasting environment.
