Twenty-six downtown restaurants are competing in the fourth annual Downtown Pork Showdown. You’ll find everything from pork on tacos, pizza, waffles and ice cream to more traditional entrees like ribs, tenderloin and chops. Diners can rate each dish based on use of pork, flavor, tenderness, presentation and customer service by using the DTSF Digital Passport App. The event is presented by Downtown Sioux Falls Inc. and the South Dakota Pork Producers Council. Find a description of each restaurant’s dish at DTSF.com.
