How does the Dunn Brothers Coffee Rewards program work? How do I earn points?
Members of the Dunn Brothers Coffee Reward program will earn 1 point for every $1 they spend at participating Dunn Brothers Coffee locations.
Points are earned by scanning your app during checkout when you make a purchase in store; placing an online order via the Dunn Brothers Coffee ordering channels when logged into your loyalty account. Providing your phone number or email address to the barista; or entering your receipt bar code within 7 days after purchase
How do I join Dunn Brothers Coffee Rewards?
Download the Dunn Brothers Coffee Rewards mobile app from the Apple® App Store or the Google Play® store or find a link to the program on the Dunn Brothers Coffee website. Follow the on screen prompts to sign up for an account and start earning.
Limit: One (1) Rewards Account per person per device.
Do I have to download the app to join the loyalty program?
While the app is the easiest way to engage with our loyalty program, it’s not required to join. You can still participate without using the app. If you wish to join our loyalty program without signing up for the app, you can do so here.
If I am already part of the Dunn Brothers loyalty program, will I need to re-sign up?
Since we’re launching an entirely new loyalty program, all guests will need to re-enroll to continue earning rewards. While downloading the new app in the Google Play Store or App Store is the easiest way to sign up, it’s not required—you can also register through the link provided here.
Can you transition my points from the old app to the new one?
Yes, if you have points you’d like to transition, please email [email protected] and provide your first and last name, as well as the email address associated with your old app and new app.

Can you transfer an existing gift card to the new app?
Yes! Simply take the existing gift card number and navigate to the “My Account” tab on your new app, select “Gift Cards”, click on the “Add New Card” button and enter in your gift card number.
How do I earn points using Dunn Brothers reward program
Let your barista know you’d like to earn rewards. You can either open the rewards tab in your app, tap “Earn Points” at the top, and scan the QR code, or simply provide your phone number or email associated with your account.
How do I apply an offer when checking out?
Online – At checkout, enter the offer using the provided promo code in the “Discount Code” field, and tap “Apply”. The discount will be applied to your order total.
In-shop – At checkout, let your barista know you’re a loyalty member and start by scanning to earn points. Once your points are added, tell your barista you’d like to use a reward. Simply select the reward you want, tap “Redeem,” and scan the QR code to enjoy your treat!
Can you save a form of payment on the new app?
Yes. Under the “My Account” tab, select “saved cards” and click “Add”. Enter in your payment information and your card will be saved on your loyalty account.
I forgot to scan my app or to bring my phone. How can I earn points?
You can provide the barista with the phone number or email address associated with your loyalty account to earn points at the register. Otherwise, you can also ask your barista to print a copy of your receipt. Once you have your mobile device, navigate to the “rewards” tab on your app, select “earn rewards” and select between “Scan Receipt Barcode” or “Enter Barcode Number.”
Will Dunn Brothers Coffee Rewards be available at all Dunn Brothers Coffee SHOPS?
The program is available at most Dunn Brothers Coffee locations.
What if my bill is less than the rewards I am redeeming? Do I get rewards back?
Yes. Unredeemed rewards will go back into your account.
Can I redeem reward points for the exact amount of my bill?
Yes, you can either type in the exact amount of reward points to use or round up to the nearest dollar. Any difference left over will be put back into your account after the transaction.
I accidentally deleted the app. Will my account be lost?
No worries – your account and data are saved. Simply reinstall the app and log in using your account credentials to continue where you left off.
Is it possible to use my account on multiple devices?
Yes, but for security reasons, we recommend logging out when switching devices.
How do you log out of the app?
Tap on the “My Account” screen and select “Log Out” at the bottom of the menu.
The app is crashing or unresponsive. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app with a hard refresh. If the issue persists, make sure you’re using the latest version of the app. You can also try reinstalling the app or clearing the app cache.

I am unable to log in. What should I do?
If you’re unable to log in, try resetting your password. Otherwise, you can contact support using the “Help” section under “My Account” or email our team at [email protected].
I’m seeing an error when trying to log in. What should I do?
If you are receiving an error message, try checking these items first:
- Check your internet connection
- Ensure your login details are correct
- Restart the app
- Update to the latest version of the app
If the issue continues, try clearing the app cache (Android) or reinstalling the app. Still not working? Contact support at [email protected] with a screenshot of the error.
How do I update my profile information in the app?
Open the app and go to the “My Account” screen. Tap “Edit Profile” to update your personal details, change your profile picture, or update your password. Once done, tap “Update Profile” to save changes.

I haven’t received the login OTP. What should I do?
Ensure your phone number and email are entered correctly and that you have a stable network. Wait a few seconds, then tap “Resend OTP”. If it still doesn’t arrive, restart your phone or contact support at [email protected] for assistance.
I’m not receiving OTPs or notifications. How can I fix this?
Ensure you have a stable internet connection, and that notifications/SMS permissions are enabled for the app. Also, check if your number is in Do Not Disturb mode, which may block some messages.
Does the app work offline?
No, an active internet connection is required to browse locations, place orders, earn points, and receive real-time updates.
How to I update the app?
When a new app version is available, a notification screen will appear when you open the app. You can choose Update to go to the app store and complete the process, or you can update later. Keeping your app up to date ensures you always have the latest features and the best experience with our rewards program.
I got an offer but I can’t find it anymore. Where did it go?
Most offers are only valid for a limited amount of time. Check the expiration date – the offers will disappear once they expire.
Will my reward points expire?
Reward points will expire after 12 months of inactivity with the program. Inactivity is defined as earning points from a purchase.
Why isn’t my offer working?
There are several reasons an offer may not work. Follow the outlined steps below to check the viability of your offer:
- Make sure the offer hasn’t expired
- Meets all the offer terms and conditions
- Offer promo codes are case-sensitive
- Limited to one use per day

If your order fails, the promo code will become available again shortly. If it doesn’t reappear, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
How do I reorder a past mobile order?
Go to “Orders”, under the My Account section to find your previous online orders. If you’d like to place the same order, tap “Reorder” to quickly place the same order again.
What do I do if a location cancels my order?
You’ll receive a notification and refund. You can place a new order with another location right away.
My payment failed, but the money was deducted. What should I do?
In most cases, the amount is auto-refunded within 24-48 hours. If not, please contact support at [email protected] with your transaction ID, and we’ll investigate it immediately.
Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
No, once an order is placed, the payment method can’t be changed. If needed, you can cancel the order (within the allowed time) and place a new one.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be changed or canceled by contacting the store directly. Please reach out to the location where you placed your order to request a refund.
What should I do if I’m charged twice for the same order?
If you notice a duplicate charge, contact us immediately via [email protected] or the “Help” section under “My Account”.
What if my food is missing items or incorrect?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. To request help with a specific order, please navigate to the order in the “Orders” section of My Account, then clicking on “Help”, then “Contact Support”, or contact the store directly to receive more prompt help.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Refunds are only issued in cases such as order cancellations or payment errors. Manual refund requests can’t be processed through the app, but can be handled directly by the shop where your order was placed. If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact the store for assistance.
How do I report a bug or technical issue?
