Position: Barista
Hours: Part-Time
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about both people and coffee!
Availability during the school year is required. This role is perfect for college students, homeschoolers, and parents looking for additional hours. While previous barista experience is beneficial, we also welcome first-time job seekers.
The ideal candidate will be hardworking, respectful to customers, and a strong team player. We are looking for someone who demonstrates initiative, adheres to store policies, can multitask effectively, and remains resilient during busy shifts.
Opportunities for advancement to Shift Supervisor and potential raises of $1+ within the first year are available.
