Shift leaders are hourly staff members who have shown the ability to responsibly and effectively manage floor operations. They should be individuals who strive to satisfy the customers and consistently follow Dunn Brothers Coffee’s standards. They should always display a positive example to the rest of the staff, take initiative, and promote teamwork within the business.
Their primary duties include being in charge of floor operations, maintaining DBC operational standards in cleanliness, quality, and service. They should be aware of all staff performance, correct and coach counter employees based on their observations, and help the manager achieve the store goals.
