We are seeking a dynamic and talented Barista and Kitchen Team Member to deliver fresh-roasted coffee and handcrafted drinks to our guests. You’ll also proudly serve fresh-baked pastries and made to order sandwiches prepared right in our shop. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including specialty drinks, according to our established recipes and quality standards.
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties, including daily food preparation, assembling sandwiches, and following recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Deliver excellent customer service, engaging with guests and helping create connections with the people who make up our community.
- Contribute to working in a close team environment towards a common goal.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Barista, or in a similar customer service role preferred, but not required.
- Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations preferred, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in both coffee and food service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
